•Q: Which platforms does World2 support? A: Currently supports iOS, Android, macOS, Windows.
•Q: How do I import SillyTavern character cards? A: Method 1: Go to "Characters" → tap "+" → "Import Card", supports PNG/JSON format. Method 2 (Recommended): Scan QR code - World2 supports direct QR code scanning for quick character import, our signature feature!
•Q: What are the five modes? A: Private Chat (1-on-1), Story (AI-driven narratives), Group (multi-character interaction), Plaza (explore & share), Mimi (digital twin with persistent memory).
•Q: How do I configure my own API Key? A: Go to "Settings" → "AI Configuration", select provider and paste API Key. See API Setup Guide for details.
•Q: Is my data safe? A: Your conversations and character data are stored locally on your device. API Keys are never uploaded to the cloud. When iCloud sync is enabled, data is transmitted through Apple's encryption.
•Q: Does it support multimodal (images, voice)? A: Yes. Supports image recognition, voice input/output, AI image generation, and more.

Having issues? Try these steps:

•API Call Failed: Check network connection, verify API Key validity, ensure sufficient account balance
•Character Import Failed: Confirm file format is correct (PNG or JSON), complies with Tavern card specs
•Voice Issues: Check microphone permissions, network connection (voice recognition requires internet)
•Sync Problems: Verify iCloud is logged in, check iCloud storage space
•App Crashes: Try restarting app, updating to latest version, reinstalling (local data will be preserved)
