Welcome to World2. By accessing or using our application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

World2 is an AI-powered multimodal social entertainment application that provides:

  • •Private Chat: One-on-one conversations with AI characters
  • •Story Mode: AI-driven interactive storytelling
  • •Group Chat: Multi-character interactions
  • •Plaza: Explore and share characters and stories
  • •Assistant: AI-assisted productivity tools
  • •Compatible with SillyTavern character card imports
  • •Multimodal support: Text, images, voice, video

3. User Accounts

  • •You may need to create an account to access certain features
  • •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • •You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • •You must be at least 13 years old (or minimum age required by local law) to use the Service

4. User-Generated Content

  • •You retain ownership of content you create
  • •You grant us a license to use, store, and backup your content to provide the Service
  • •You must not create or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or infringes on others' rights
  • •We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, but have no obligation to monitor all content

5. AI-Generated Content

  • •AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
  • •You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content
  • •We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
  • •AI responses are based on user inputs and training data, which may reflect biases present in those sources

6. Third-Party Services

  • •The Service may use third-party AI models and APIs (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, etc.)
  • •Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service
  • •If you use your own API Keys, you are responsible for their usage and costs
  • •We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services

7. Free Credits and Payments

  • •We provide free usage credits for new users
  • •After free credits are exhausted, you may choose to configure your own API Keys
  • •When using your own API Keys, costs are settled between you and the third-party service provider
  • •We reserve the right to modify or terminate free credits at any time

8. Intellectual Property

  • •The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are the exclusive property of World2
  • •Trademarks, logos, and service marks are property of World2 or its licensors
  • •You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service

9. Prohibited Conduct

When using the Service, you must not:

  • •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • •Infringe on the rights of others
  • •Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • •Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • •Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service
  • •Create automated tools to access the Service (unless explicitly permitted)
  • •Use the Service for commercial purposes (unless licensed)

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • •The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • •AI-generated content will be accurate or reliable
  • •The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • •Third-party services will remain continuously available

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, World2 and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • •Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • •Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
  • •Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
  • •Damages caused by third-party services or content
  • •Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months (if applicable)

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless World2 and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • •Your use of the Service
  • •Your violation of these Terms
  • •Your infringement of others' rights
  • •Your user-generated content

13. Termination

  • •We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason
  • •You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time
  • •Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases
  • •Certain provisions survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability)

14. Changes to Terms

  • •We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time
  • •Significant changes will be notified via in-app notification or email
  • •Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
  • •If you disagree with modifications, you should stop using the Service

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
